Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Zetage Technologies LLC ("Peekroll"). By creating an account or using the Peekroll app or website you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Peekroll. Creators also agree to the Creator Agreement.

2. Who can use Peekroll

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it, and able to form a binding contract. Paid features are for people who are old enough to make purchases under their local law. You are responsible for your account and for what happens on it.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give Peekroll a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display and distribute it as needed to run the app, including showing it to the audience you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that have to be kept for a short time for backups or legal reasons.

You promise that you have the rights to what you post and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

4. Rules

No adult content. Nudity, sexual content and sexually suggestive material are not allowed anywhere on Peekroll, including members-only posts, messages and Live. Accounts that post it are banned.

You also may not:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hate speech;
• post content that exploits or endangers children, or promotes violence, self-harm or terrorism;
• impersonate others, mislead people about who you are, or run scams;
• post spam, or use the app to promote illegal goods or services;
• share other people's private information without permission;
• break the law, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with or reverse-engineer the app.

We use automated checks and human review, and anyone can report content. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where needed to keep people safe.

5. Memberships

A Membership is a 30-day pass to one creator's members-only content, at the price the creator set. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Buying another pass from the same creator adds 30 more days. You can hold Memberships with many creators.

Memberships are bought through Apple's in-app purchase and are charged to your Apple account. Apple's terms govern payment, and refund requests go through Apple. Creators decide what to post for members, and we do not guarantee any amount or schedule of content. If a creator is banned or removes their account, access to their members-only content ends.

6. Verified badge

The Verified badge is a paid feature bought through Apple that adds a badge to your profile for as long as the subscription is active. It does not confirm your identity and can be removed if you break these terms.

7. Live

Anything you broadcast in Live is shared with the audience you pick and must follow the rules above. We may end a Live that breaks them. Do not broadcast content you do not have the right to share.

8. Copyright

If you believe content on Peekroll infringes your copyright, email support@peekroll.com with the details and we will review it. We remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as content licences already granted for legitimate copies, disclaimers and liability) continue after that.

10. Disclaimers

Peekroll is provided "as is" and "as available". Creators are independent people. We do not endorse their content, and nothing on Peekroll is professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Peekroll is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use Peekroll means you accept the update. Questions: support@peekroll.com.
