Creator Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement applies to you when you offer a Membership or set up payouts on Peekroll. It adds to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, this agreement controls for Memberships and payouts.

2. How Memberships work

You choose a price from the set of price options in the app (currently US$1.99 to US$99.99). A fan who buys gets a 30-day pass to your members-only content. Buying again adds 30 days. Passes are bought through Apple in-app purchase and do not renew by themselves. You can change your price; it applies to future purchases only.

You are responsible for the content you post for members. It must follow the rules in the Terms of Service, including that adult content is never allowed. Do not promise members things you do not intend to deliver.

3. Your share

Apple collects the payment and keeps its commission. Peekroll then pays you 85% of the amount Apple pays out for the sale, after Apple's commission and any taxes Apple withholds. Peekroll keeps the remaining 15%. Apple's commission may be 15% or 30% depending on our enrolment in Apple's programs, and this affects the amount you receive.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made through Stripe. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and identity checks, and be in a country Stripe can pay out to.
• Each sale is held for 60 days before it becomes available.
• Available earnings are paid in a monthly run once they reach the US$25 minimum. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
• Apple pays us on its own schedule, so the timing of payouts depends on it.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Apple decides refunds. If a sale is refunded after you have been paid for it, we deduct that amount from your next payout. If there is nothing left to deduct from, we may ask you to repay it.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. Stripe may collect tax information from you, and we may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities. Please speak to a tax adviser about your situation.

7. Suspension

If you break the Terms of Service, or we suspect fraud or abuse, we may pause payouts and remove Memberships or content. If your account is banned for posting adult content or other serious violations, we may withhold unpaid earnings to the extent the law allows, and refund affected members.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this agreement, and we will tell you in the app before changes that affect your earnings. If you do not agree to a change you can stop offering Memberships. Questions: support@peekroll.com.
