Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Peekroll is operated by Zetage Technologies LLC ("Peekroll", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Peekroll app and website, why, and what choices you have. Contact: support@peekroll.com.

2. What we collect

Account. You sign in with Apple. We receive a private account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email (which may be an Apple private relay address). You then choose a handle, display name, bio and profile photo.

Content you create. Posts, stories, comments, Live broadcasts, messages and the photos, video and voice recordings in them, plus drafts you save to your account.

Activity. Follows, likes, saves, reposts, reports, blocks, your settings, and the Memberships you hold.

Purchases. When you buy a Membership or a Verified badge, Apple processes the payment. We receive confirmation of the purchase through our payments provider, but never your card or Apple ID payment details.

Creator payouts. If you set up payouts, Stripe collects your identity and bank details directly. We receive your payout status, country and the amounts owed to you, not your bank details.

Device and usage. Basic information such as app events (for example app opens, sign-ins, and starting a Live), device type and push notification token, used to run and improve the app and keep it safe.

Camera, microphone, photos. The app asks for access only when you use these features, and only reads the photos or videos you choose.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the app: your profile, feed, messages, Live, Memberships and notifications.
  • To process Memberships and pay creators.
  • To keep Peekroll safe: photos and videos are checked automatically for adult content, and we review reports. Adult content is not allowed.
  • To fix problems, prevent abuse and fraud, and understand how the app is used.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. What others can see

Your handle, name, photo, bio and public posts are visible to other people. Members-only posts are visible only to people with an active Membership with you. Messages are visible to the people in the conversation. A creator can see that you hold a Membership with them.

5. Services we use

We share data with providers that help us run Peekroll, only as needed for that purpose:

  • Supabase: our database, sign-in and server functions.
  • Cloudflare: image and file storage and delivery.
  • Mux: video processing, delivery and Live streaming.
  • Apple: sign-in, payments and push notifications.
  • RevenueCat: confirms in-app purchases.
  • Stripe: payouts to creators.
  • OpenAI: automated checks of images for adult content.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety and our rights.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, which removes your profile, posts, stories, messages and drafts. Some records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it, for example payment and payout records, or to prevent a banned account from returning.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, change who sees your content, hide words, block accounts, turn notifications off, export your data and delete your account from the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, or to object to some uses. Email support@peekroll.com and we will respond.

8. Children

Peekroll is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it. Some countries set a higher minimum age, and you must meet it to use the app.

9. Security and transfers

We protect data with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure. Peekroll is run from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.
